Returns & Store Credit Policy – Urban Ginova

At Urban Ginova, we want our customers to shop with confidence while maintaining fair and transparent policies.

Please read the following Returns & Store Credit Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• ⏳ Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date

• 📦 Items must be new, unused, unworn, and in original condition

• 🏷️ All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact

• 🚚 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Store Credit Only

• 💳 All approved returns are refunded as store credit only

• Refunds to the original payment method are not offered

• Store credit:

  • Has no expiration date

  • Can be used on any future purchase at Urban Ginova

  • Is issued after inspection and approval of the returned item

3. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

❌ The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products marked as sale, discounted, or promotional

• Clearance items

• Limited drops or special releases

• Gift cards

All final sale purchases are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement or

• Store credit, at our discretion

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@urbanginova.com

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

   • Photos or videos (if applicable)

3. Wait for return authorization before sending the item back

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

6. Shipping & Liability

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and any related costs

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

• Urban Ginova is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

7. Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Store Credit Policy.
Urban Ginova reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms.
